  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorn.

In the case of a vegan Worchester sauce, instead of white vinegar apple cider vinegar is used. Cornstarch, xanthan gum, soya beans, and alcohol are used Along with the other ingredients.

 How to Make Vegan Worcestershire Sauce?

  • In a small bowl, pour boiling water and raisins and put them on for around fifteen minutes. This will help the raisin to become soft.
  • After the raisin is soft, discard the water in it.
  • Place anchovies, molasses, ginger, garlic, onion, tamarind, and half of the vinegar in a food processor. Start chopping with the help of a food processor such that it should become smooth.
  • Add this smooth mixture into a saucepan. And add the other ingredients that were left in that saucepan.
  • Keep the saucepan on heat. And wait until the mixture starts boiling.
  • Cool down after removing from the heat. And then pour it into a sealed airtight canning jar.
  • Store it in a cool, dry, and dark place minimum for one month.
  • You can store it for a long time so that the flavor will be enhanced. This is all up to your personal choice.
  • After the process of aging, only you are one step away from your sauce being ready.
  • Pour it with the help of a smooth fine mesh sieve. It will give you a smooth texture.
  • Your sauce is now ready to use.
