Best Smoked Mac and Cheese On The Ninja Woodfire Grill

Have you ever tried smoked mac and cheese? If not, you should try this recipe at least once to have a lifetime experience!

How is this recipe different from all the others?

The majority of mac and cheese recipes call for making a cheese sauce, which is essentially preparing a roux, adding milk until it thickens, and then melting cheese in it. But you can skip all that extra work with this recipe for smoked mac and cheese since the cheese sauce develops while it smokes. Everything just has to be tossed into a bowl and added to the dish.

Ingredients for Smoked Mac and Cheese On The Ninja Woodfire Grill

Macaroni Noodles: Two cups of uncooked noodles are needed for this recipe. After cooking, you will have four glasses.

Velveeta Cheese: For this recipe, try using Velveeta because it melts very smoothly.

Cream Cheese: A half-block of cream cheese is required for the recipe.

Cheddar cheese: You may either shred it yourself or purchase it already shredded. It is sprinkled on top and mixed in the noodles as well.

Milk: Any 1% or 2% milk works well, but whole milk gives the best flavor.

Seasoning: To perfectly season this dish, combine kosher salt, black pepper, ground cumin, and granulated garlic.
