Ingredients for Idli Batter Thukada Recipe
2 cups Leftover Idli Batter
1 cup Puffed Chana dal
2 Green chilies (chopped)
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Onion (cut into small cubes)
Few Curry Leaves
A pinch of Hing
Coriander leaves
250g Oil
Instructions
Take 2 cups of idli batter and keep it in a vessel.
Powder your puffed chana dal and mix it with your idli batter.
Add Kashmiri red chili powder and green chilies to the batter and mix them.
Add onions, curry leaves, hing, coriander leaves, and salt to your batter.
Heat oil in your kadai. Keep the heat in medium flame.
Pour the thukada mixture into the kadai and fry until golden brown.
